Welcoming Jasper Oei as the New Managing Director of SAS-P
The Board of SAS-P is pleased to announce the appointment of Jasper Oei as the organisation’s new Managing Director. Jasper will officially assume his role on 1 September.
Following a careful selection process, the Board is confident that Jasper brings the experience, values, and international perspective needed to guide SAS-P into its next chapter. His strong background in international development and impactful partnerships aligns closely with SAS-P’s mission of creating lasting impact through proven and scalable initiatives.
Most recently, Jasper served as Head of Programmes at SeeYou Foundation, where he worked closely with a broad range of local organisations, particularly across Africa. Throughout his career, he has focused on strengthening organisational capacity and supporting sustainable and inclusive social impact—an approach that strongly resonates with SAS-P’s approach to partnership.

Jasper has lived and worked in several regions around the world, including the Caribbean, Africa, and the Pacific. He currently lives in Wageningen with his wife and their three daughters.
Jasper will spend the coming months getting to know SAS-P’s partners, network, and portfolio. The Board looks forward to introducing him personally to many of you and is confident that, together, we will continue to build on SAS-P’s mission and further strengthen its impact.
